STILL COMMUNITY ATHLETICS
We helped turn a basketball training philosophy into clearer offers, coaching standards, and tools for planning the athlete experience.

The challenge
The ambition was personalized basketball development: purposeful movement, respect for the game, and growth beyond the court.
The work needed to make that ambition easier to explain and deliver. Who is the training for? How do the sessions differ? What does a coach look for, plan, and communicate?
We organized the offer, documented the coaching approach, and created a shared reference for putting it into practice.

The work, connected
Athletes should understand what they are working on and why.
Skill levels and formats help explain where an athlete can begin.
Assessment, skill phases, drills, reflection, and a next step.
01 / Offer development
The service strategy organized development into three levels. It also explored private coaching, group training, and camps as different ways to deliver the experience.
Core skills, confidence, and a stronger understanding of the game.
A clear place to begin.
Refine technique and apply it more consistently in basketball situations.
A path beyond isolated drills.
Develop more complex skills and decision making for competitive situations.
A direction for continued growth.

Service levels and formats developed in planning. This case study does not advertise current enrollment or program availability.
02 / The coaching method
The INTENT approach starts with how an athlete naturally plays. The coach breaks a movement into phases, develops those parts, and connects them back to the game.
Notice the player’s natural sequences, strengths, and areas for growth.
Find the individual skills and decisions within the movement.
Use variations and appropriate pressure to develop each phase.
Rebuild the sequence and practice it in realistic situations.
03 / From method to session plan
The INTENT Builder connects assessment to the session and the session to what comes next.
We developed a planning template and companion instructions. The tool gives coaches a structure for breaking down skills, designing layered drills, inviting reflection, and planning the follow-up.
Select a stage to explore the planning structure. This is a condensed presentation of the documented template, not a live training app.

Individualized Training for Enhanced Technique
Start with the player’s strengths, areas for growth, and the sequence you observe.
Strengths · Areas for growth · Observed sequence
Phase · Skill focus · Coaching notes
04 / A consistent experience
The image and quality strategy connected the program’s values to practical behaviors, communication, and follow-through.

Readiness, attention, and care for the court become part of the experience.
Coaches explain each drill’s purpose and invite the athlete to reflect on the focus.
Leadership, emotional awareness, and personal development sit alongside basketball skills.
Teamwork and shared responsibility support a positive environment for development.
Make progress easier to communicate
A tracking template organizes skill areas, weekly goals, coach feedback, next steps, and parent communication. Rollout planning connects promotion with registration, content, and outreach.
