IV360 Growth Blueprint™

Growth should not
depend on you
doing everything.

Make your offers clearer. Give your team a plan. Build a business that is easier to run.

We look across the business, find what is holding growth back, and turn the findings into priorities, tools, and practical next steps.

From scattered work to a shared plan

What a priority plan can look like

Fix the right things.
In the right order.

01
Clarify the offerMake the scope and value easier to explain.
FIRST
02
Build the delivery workflowGive each task an owner and a next step.
NEXT
03
Capture the proofDocument the results as the work happens.
THEN

Illustrative sequence. Your priorities come from your business review.

When the next move is not obvious

More marketing will not
fix every growth problem.

You may need more demand. You may also need a clearer offer, a better handoff, or a delivery process that stops everything landing on your desk. IV360 helps you work out which.

01

Every project starts from scratch.

Quoting, planning, and explaining the work take too long because the process lives in your head.

02

Your team keeps coming back to you.

People are working hard, but responsibilities, priorities, and the next step are not clear.

03

You are busy without a clear path forward.

You need to know what to change before adding more services, software, staff, or advertising.

Best for owners who can share how the business works and are ready to make changes—not just collect recommendations.

Our 7Ps + Finance Framework™

One business.
Eight connected questions.

We review how the parts work together. Choose an area to see the questions we ask and the kind of work it can lead to.

01 / WHAT YOU SELL

Can customers understand what they are buying?

We look at your services, customer needs, and how the work is packaged. A long list of tasks can become a clearer set of offers.

Questions we explore

  • Who is each offer for?
  • What result does it help them work toward?
  • What is included—and what is separate?

Possible work from this review

Offer structure, package definitions, and a reusable scope template.

This is a business review and planning service. Any build work is agreed in your proposal. Financial planning uses the information you provide and does not replace your accountant or legal adviser.

A plan you can actually use

You leave with more
than a presentation.

A clear account of the problems, a practical order of action, and a shared understanding of who will do what.

02 / ACTION PLAN

Now.
Next.
Later.

Your business review

Findings across the eight areas, informed by your goals, existing materials, team input, and available numbers.

02

Your action roadmap

Priorities, recommended actions, dependencies, and responsibilities. Understand what should happen first and why.

03

Your agreed tools and handoff

Where included: offer templates, project plans, team guides, financial models, sales tools, or automation—with a walkthrough of how to use them.

Your proposal names the actual deliverables, quantities, review sessions, timing, and price. Selecting an area does not mean every possible tool is included.

IV360 in practice / Astra

From planning every
project by hand to
a repeatable game plan.

Calvin needed clearer offers and a way for his team to know what fulfilling them would involve. We helped turn the services into packages and built Trello templates and triggers to organize quoting, project plans, and delivery.

PROJECT GAME-PLAN SETUP30 daysInstant

Reusable plans replaced a process that previously took 30 days to organize.

A clearer offer. Productized services supported a higher average offering price.

A built-in proof engine. Documentation steps fed a spreadsheet that could be mapped into a case-study design.

How it works

Review the business.
Agree the priorities.
Put the plan to work.

Your initial conversation checks the fit. The business review begins once we agree the engagement.

  1. 01

    Understand

We review your goals, current offers, team, tools, customer experience, and available business information.

  2. 02

    Decide

We work through the findings with you and agree on the changes worth making first.

  3. 03

    Build

Your team, Inner Views, or both create the tools and changes included in the agreed scope.

  4. 04

    Put it to use

We walk through the work, clarify ownership, and agree how progress will be reviewed.

01 / Direction

Review & Roadmap

For owners who need clarity before committing to a larger build.

  • Business review and findings
  • Recommended priorities and action plan
  • A walkthrough of the next steps

02 / Direction + delivery

Blueprint & Build

For businesses that need a plan and help creating the tools behind it.

  • Review and roadmap
  • Selected templates, systems, or assets
  • Team walkthrough and handoff

03 / Continued support

Ongoing Implementation

For teams that want help carrying the agreed priorities forward.

  • Agreed implementation priorities
  • Regular progress reviews
  • Continued support within a defined scope

These are starting points for scoping. We confirm deliverables, responsibilities, project or ongoing fees, and third-party costs in a proposal before work begins.

Your business / Your next stage

What would make the
business easier to grow?

Tell us where things feel stuck. We will review your goals and contact you about the next step. This is an inquiry, not a booking or commitment.

Where would you like help?

Select the areas you want us to consider.

We will review what you share before recommending a scope. No fee is charged by this form.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

How is IV360 different from marketing services?

Visible AF helps with content, advertising, and the path to inquiry. IV360 looks across the business first: what you sell, how you price and deliver it, how the team works, and what is slowing growth. It may recommend marketing work, but that is only one possible priority.

Is this the same as Brand Discovery?

No. Brand Discovery establishes the direction for your brand. IV360 reviews the wider business and its readiness to grow. If brand work is a priority, we can scope Brand Launch as part of the next steps.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

No. We start with what you use today. Existing systems and materials may be kept, improved, or connected. New software or custom integrations are agreed before they are added.

Will you build everything in the roadmap?

Only the work included in your proposal. You can take the roadmap to your own team, choose selected build support, or discuss ongoing implementation. Recommendations are not an automatic commitment to more work.

What should I have ready?

Your goals, current offers, how projects or sales are handled, team responsibilities, and any useful business numbers. You do not need polished documents. We can discuss missing information and the limits it places on the review.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

The depth of the review and the amount of build work determine the price and timeline. After reviewing your inquiry, we will confirm the scope, review sessions, responsibilities, fees, and timing in a proposal.
