About the role
You’ll capture footage for two Inner Views programs: Visible AF™, which helps businesses show up through purposeful content, and OfCourse™, which helps experts turn their knowledge into lessons people can learn from.
This role focuses on local filming and handing off organized footage. The assignment brief will define the creative direction, shots, equipment and delivery requirements.
What you’ll do
- Prepare for each shoot by reviewing the brief and shot list.
- Film talking-head content, demonstrations, service highlights and supporting footage.
- Set up framing, lighting and clear audio appropriate to the location.
- Capture multiple angles when the lesson or demonstration needs them.
- Help clients feel comfortable and stay focused during filming.
- Deliver labeled, organized files and communicate any production issues.
What we’re looking for
- Work samples that show thoughtful framing, usable audio and consistent footage.
- Experience filming with a modern smartphone or a camera setup.
- Confidence working with people who may be new to being on camera.
- Reliable communication, punctuality and attention to the brief.
- Availability for filming assignments in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Pay and assignment details
The posted rate is $25–$30 per hour. The rate and scope for an assignment are confirmed before work begins. Hours, scheduling, equipment, travel and the engagement arrangement are discussed during the selection process.
